POS built for restaurants and cafes
Send orders to the kitchen before the customer pays. Take dine-in, takeaway and delivery from one screen. See what every dish really costs you.
Kitchen tickets
Send the order now. Take the money later.
A table orders at 7:40 and pays at 8:20. Bill it early and that money sits in today's cash count while the food is still on the table. So BazaarMint keeps the two apart. Send to Kitchen prints the ticket. Checkout takes the money later.
- A proper kitchen ticket. Order number, table and dishes in big type, with no prices on it.
- Send again after adding a dish. The new ticket says Updated order, so nothing is cooked twice.
- Prints on your thermal printer, or any printer you already use.
- Order numbers restart daily, following your own opening time.
Dine-in · Takeaway · Delivery
One tap sets up the order
Tap how the food is going out. BazaarMint asks for the right details and prints the right slip, so your staff never have to decide.
Dine-in
Add the table number. It prints on the ticket, so the waiter knows where the food goes.
Takeaway
Nothing to fill in. The order number is what you call the customer back by.
Delivery
Asks for phone and address, then prints a rider slip with the amount to collect.
Notes for the cook
Put a note like no chilli on any dish. Save your common ones so staff just tap.
Delivery charge
Set your fee once. It goes on every delivery bill by itself.
Running orders
Every open order in one list, with its table, its total and how long it has waited.
Dish costing
Know what each dish costs you
A cafe does not buy chai. It buys milk, tea and sugar, then makes the chai. So one cup costs you a share of a milk packet. Guess that and your profit is a guess too.
- Build the dish from its ingredients. BazaarMint works out the cost, wastage included.
- Milk gets dearer? Change one price. Every dish using it is fixed on its own.
- Made to order never shows out of stock. Your kitchen holds milk, not ready cups.
- Count the ingredients you choose and see how many portions are left.
Menu reports
See which dishes make you money
Once your recipes are in, the menu tab answers this from your own sales.
Earns you the most
By profit actually earned in 30 days. The chai everyone orders can beat a dish sold twice.
Keeps the least
Dishes leaving you the smallest share of the price you charge.
Your real food cost
What food costs as a share of sales, plus where your kitchen money went.
What it does not do
BazaarMint covers kitchen tickets, tables, takeaway, delivery, dish costing and food cost reports. Here is what it does not do, so you can decide before you sign up.
- No floor plan picture. You type the table number instead.
- No cooking status. An order is running or paid, with nothing to keep updating.
- No priced sizes yet. Add large and small chai as two items.
- Orders stay on the counter that took them. A second counter runs its own list.
- One ticket printer. Not split between a grill station and a drinks station.

FAQ
Common questions
Does BazaarMint print kitchen tickets (KOT)?
Yes. Press Send to Kitchen and the ticket prints at once, showing the order number, the table and the dishes in big type. No money is charged yet. The sale is recorded later when you press Checkout. Send the same order again and the new ticket says Updated order, so nothing is cooked twice.
Can it handle dine-in, takeaway and delivery?
Yes. You mark each order as dine-in, takeaway or delivery, and that one tap sets up the rest. Dine-in asks for a table number. Delivery asks for phone and address, then prints a rider slip with the amount to collect.
Can it work out what each dish costs to make?
Yes. You build a dish from its ingredients, like 250 ml milk and 7 grams of tea, and BazaarMint works out the cost with wastage added. Change one ingredient price later and every dish using it is fixed on its own.
Does it have a table map or floor plan?
No. You type the table number on the order instead of tapping a table on a drawing. The running orders list shows every open table with its total and waiting time. If you want a picture of your floor plan, BazaarMint does not have one.
Will it work when the internet is down?
Yes. You can keep taking orders, printing tickets and billing customers with no internet at all. Everything syncs by itself once you are back online.
How much does it cost?
