This policy explains how and when you receive the service you pay for. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. BazaarMint POS is operated by BazaarMint (SMC-Private) Limited.
BazaarMint POS is software that runs in your web browser and can be installed on your phone or computer like an app. It covers billing and receipts, stock, customer credit (udhaar / khata), suppliers, expenses, staff logins and reports. You pay for access to this software for a period of time. See our price list.
We do not ship anything. There is no courier, no delivery charge and nothing to collect. Everything is delivered online at www.bazaarmint.com. Printers, scanners and other hardware are not sold by us.
If your plan has not been switched on within one working day of paying, please contact us with your payment details and we will sort it out.
Access lasts for the period you paid for, for example one month or one year from the day it starts. Paying again before it ends adds the new period on top, so you never lose days. The app shows how many days are left.
A phone, tablet or computer with an up-to-date web browser, and an internet connection to sign in and to keep your devices in step. After your shop has opened once on a device, you can keep selling on it without internet, and it catches up when the connection returns.

We work to keep the app available at all times, but short interruptions for maintenance or outside faults can happen. See section 13 of our Terms & Conditions, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens after a long interruption caused by us.
